Shopping Small and Supporting Women in Agriculture

Posted by Nicole Wren on

I feel like we all may be doing a little bit more online shopping this year and I also know I am interested in supporting my fellow women in agriculture. In addition to my admin role on Instagram's Women In Ag account I have noticed a lot of women putting their entrepreneurial skills into action! And here is exactly what I love about women in agriculture: we think on our feet, we take action, and we use our creativity to generate extra income.

For me, crocheting was a hobby that kept me from loosing ALL my marbles and over the years has morphed into a little side hustle which keeps my wine stocked and provides for the fun activities my family does. I am not alone in this and I want to share my friend's and their creativity!

As the holiday's approach and as this virus continues to keep access to small business limited I ask that you consider shopping small and supporting my fellow women in agriculture. Please tell me, who have you shopped with before and who is someone new you'd love to check out? We empower women when we support women, happy shopping friends! Xo, Nicole
